Slice 'em in half, so there's lots of surface area. |
Fry 'em in a pan with the whites of some green onions and BUTTER. |
Add some water and apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan, and start caramelizing. |
The completed product. Not pretty, granted, but infinitely more edible than raw radishes. |
