News flash: radishes are not nearly as gross if you cook them.

Easter Egg radishes from my farm share.  We already composted the tops, because we didn't like them.

Slice 'em in half, so there's lots of surface area.

Fry 'em in a pan with the whites of some green onions and BUTTER.

Add some water and apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan, and start caramelizing.

The completed product.  Not pretty, granted, but infinitely more edible than raw radishes.
